Lieke van Noord wrote a window on an unusual Utrecht administrator: Hans Rosenberg (1943-1992).
He was a remarkable and openly gay Utrecht PvdA alderman and university administrator. He laid the foundation for the national ICT system for higher education, but sadly died far too early from the effects of AIDS.
