The Annie Brouwer-Korf Award jury has nominated us this year. We are honored. Besides QUS, Colored Qollective and Dynamic Voices have also been nominated, and we congratulate them wholeheartedly.
The jury will announce the winner at a celebratory gathering on Saturday afternoon, October 11th, in the theatre of the public library on Neude Square. You can attend by keeping an eye on the Utrecht Queer Culture Festival social media.
We don't know who nominated us, but we would like to sincerely thank everyone who did so.
The ABK Award – which has existed since 2007 – is awarded to individuals, organizations, initiatives or projects that are committed to the acceptance and visibility of the Utrecht LGBTQIA+ community.
