The Utrecht rainbow canon has a new window: 1987 AIDS. In this window, you can read all about the impact of AIDS in Utrecht and the new approach for AIDS patients by internist Jan Borleffs and nurse Jan Vrehen.

Utrecht Pride
UTRECHT PRIDE, 4 June 2022: The municipality of Utrecht had chosen the Utrecht Rainbow Canon as the theme for its boat. Swinging, the participants passed the 100,000 enthusiastic visitors on the quayside of Catharijnesingel and Oudegracht.
Canon launch
On 11 October 2021, Coming Out Day, the Utrecht Rainbow Canon was launched. Mayor Sharon Dijksma received the first copy from the hands of Laura van Nieuwenhuijze, president of COC Midden-Nederland, in the hall of the City Office.
